Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Amara Planta (White Negroni base)
  • 1 oz Mixed Berry Purée (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)
  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3 oz Tonic Water
  • Fresh berries for garnish
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a shaker filled with ice, combine Amara Planta, berry purée, and lemon juice.
  2. Shake well until chilled and strain into a glass filled with ice.
  3. Top with tonic water and gently stir.
  4. Garnish with fresh berries and enjoy fizz.
